Shipping:
Q: What should I do when there are missing items in my package?
A: Shipments come with a packing list. First make sure that you look over the packing list and verify that it is listed on the slip. Then secondly put everything back into the box including all the packaging materials and weigh the box. Please call us or email us about the problem and provide us the package weight. From here we can determine whether DF made an error or the part may have been lost during transit.

Q: What should I do when there are damages to the product(s)?
A: Please repackage the entire shipment including all of the packaging and protective materials. It is critical that you repackage the item in the same fashion as you received it. The carrier will inspect whether the damage is their fault or ours. All of our packages are fully padded and all boxes are rated at least 220 lbs. Any damage should be the carrier's fault and the sooner the claim is filed the sooner we can ship your replacement order.

Q: Do you only ship complete?
A: For international orders it is DF's policy to ship complete due to the high cost in shipping and additional duties and fees. For orders within the USA we often ship incomplete if a certain item is backlogged for over 2 weeks.

Q: Do you allow "Will Call"? (Local Pickup)
A: Yes, please contact us to make arrangements. All Will Call are subject to local State Sales Tax (7.75%) unless you are resaler.

Q: Where can I find an Authorized Downforce Dealer in my area?
A: Downforce's Authorized Dealer Network consists of many trained and experienced automotive oriented companies throughout the USA and Internationally. Pls. view the "Authorized Dealers" List to locate one in your area.

Q: Does Downforce sell their products directly to the public?
A: Downforce sells a selected number of items through our online store @ www.downforce.biz. For discontinued items, pls. call our office to purchase. Items listed on our site can also be purchased through our Downforce Authorized Dealers network.

Q: How can I tell if the Downforce Products I purchased are authentic?
A. Customers should be forewarned that some of the products advertised and sold thru online retailers and popular online auction sites may not be authentic Downforce products. The only way to insure that the Downforce product that you plan to purchase is authentic is to purchase direct or through our Downforce Authorized Dealers network.We can also confirm if your product is authentic simply by you bringing it in to the shop for inspection.
Q: I think I purchased a replica/fake Downforce product, what do I do now?
A: If you unknowingly purchased a counterfeit Downforce product, you should contact the seller or store for a full refund. You may want to also consider calling your local law enforcement to file a compliant or report.
