Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Your orders generally ship within the same business day if ordered before 10am PST (Pacific Standard Time). 95% of the items we offer can be shipped out the same day. We ship only on Monday through Friday. If an item is backordered you will receive an email about the status and you are given the right to refund anytime before the item is shipped without any fees.
Q: Do you have tracking number for shipments?
A: We only provide tracking number for items that are shipped with FedEx and USPS. For large items such as full bumpers, kits, and etc; we use freight carriers and they do not provide any tracking at all. If your order qualifies for a tracking number you will receive an email from the shipping company with the information.
Q: What do I do when I get a damaged product?
A: First thing to do is take a digital picture if possible and contact us immediately. Save all of the packing and packaging material and put the item back into the box. The shipping company will need to take the package for evalution for claims. In the meantime we will resend you the same order. Without the original packaging we are unable to file for any claims so it is important for you to keep the box and packing materials.
Q: How do I get a refund?
A: We generally do not accept refunds, because every item is built to order. In order to process a refund you will need to send the item back at your expense and in the same condition that you received it. We charge a 20% restocking charge minus the shipping cost.
